How can I set up an account with Keramikos?

Simply fill in the ‘Request an Account‘ form. If all requirements are met, we will set you up on our system. This will then allow us to provide you with quotes and samples.


Where can I find pricing?

As we are a Trade Only company, our prices can only be accessed through our sales team. A company account (see above) must exist for us to provide any quotes or information.


Where can I download images?

Singular images can be downloaded from a button on the respective product page. Our entire product range can be downloaded from the Image Downloads page.


How can I send over my artwork?

If your artwork file is too large (over 10MB) to send over email, online services such as WeTransfer or Dropbox can be used to share the file. Instructions on where to send the artwork should be given at the time of a quote/order.

In most instances, vector artwork should be supplied, with text set to outlines. This allows us to freely adjust the artwork to suit the printing needs. Dye sublimation artwork can be sent as high resolution .jpg files, with a recommended minimum of 300dpi.

Artwork that needs to be cleaned up or redrawn may incur an additional cost, subject to the requirements.
